He’s professional and quick with iPhone and laptop fixes—I’ve used him multiple times for my tech issues, he was even able to restore my old pictures from a water, damaged phone. Stopped by E-Tech Repair to get my iPhone screen protector replaced, and I was really impressed. The guy who helped me was super friendly and got it done really fast. It was also way more affordable than I expected. Just overall great service — I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

Went to Eric for some upgrades to an old tower and after going through everything decided to just do a new build. He helped me do a breakdown on what we wanted and different price options and once we decided got everything ordered. Build turned out great, the best PC we have ever had. Very quick and efficient once parts arrived it was done in no time.

Was in the market for a work laptop. Wasn’t really sure what I wanted or needed out of my laptop, but Eric walked me through what sort of performance would be needed to seamlessly run the applications I use for my business. To avoid jumping into the next price bracket for devices, he was able to upgrade certain internal component of the device I chose. He even made sure we picked a laptop that had a clean and sleek design that would look good in face to face meeting I have with clients. Couldn’t be happier with the service here. If you have a business that relies on tech to operate, I’d definitely recommend building a good working relationship with Eric and his team!
