We’re fortunate that NW Natural Gas referred Watts Heating & Cooling to us to check our very old 40+ years old furnace out for service /replacement when we thought and reported that we had gas leak at our home. We’re glad to know that Watts Heating & Cooling is a locally, family owned and one of the NW Natural Gas best Certified Installers/ Preferred Contractors. From the first call , their scheduling staff was friendly and courteous , the whole team worked together, and took pride in their work and tried to accommodate us from start to finish. Staff account , Stevie LaCross, is very patient, understanding , and good at finding solutions , the system designer / consultation Barry Robinson is professional, informative, experienced, knowledgeable and interested in what work needed to be done and what would work best for us. He educated us about the importance of indoor air quality and listened to what we need, and answered all of our questions. He recommended us to install a new efficient furnace with system choice options with reasonable cost, and energy efficiency without changing anything else’s that we didn’t need. The techs team, Skyler Bradford and Darren Davis were professional , efficient in their work of installing the new furnace - job well done.They gave us helpful Info about furnace maintenance and explained all the questions we asked and cleaned up the service area. We love the clean air, new and quiet furnace , especially in this cold season of the year. We plan to use Watts for future annual maintenance of furnace service and other pending projects in the near future. We would recommend Watts to any one. Thank you Watts !
