Alex and his crew went over and above normal expectations to get my furnace replaced when it quit in very cold temperatures. They were quick to help me get heat restored to my home. They handled unexpected road blocks, were Friendly, helpful, polite and cleaned everything up better than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend A-Temp.
I normally never do reviews, but A+ Temp was pretty great and definitely deserves some kudos. My husband and I have had ongoing issues with the auxiliary heat strips running which is blowing up our electricity bill. I called A+ this morning and the office person was super friendly, and knowledgeable, she walked me through some thermostat options but we were not able to resolve it. She had multiple times they could have a tech out same day. I opted for the 4-6 arrival window due to my work schedule. I received a Text when tech AJ was on the way as anticipated around 4:00. AJ arrived on time and got to it. He found some wiring issues. Some other error codes and was not able to address 100% of the issues due to the manufacturer s tech support being closed. AJ was very personable and knowledgeable and I feel confident that we made progress in determining what is causing the excessive auxiliary heat strip usage. A follow up appointment is scheduled for Monday when tech support is available. Over all great experience with everyone at A+ and AJ seems like a real keeper.
Ricky from A Temp is amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. We are on a maintenance plan so we get to see him twice a year and we always look forward to his visits. We are secure in the knowledge that our air conditioner and furnace are in great hands. Thank you so much!
