Zachary was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell us. He took careful measurements of our home in Lake Oswego to recommend the right air conditioning system for our space. We recently had a new high-efficiency boiler installed in our home. Before deciding, we had three different heating and cooling companies come out to give us estimates. This company really stood out from the others by a large margin. Dale came to our house several times to assess our needs and figure out the best solution for our heater repair and replacement. He even brought Leonard, who specializes in hot water installations, to see if we could set up two separate heating zones—so we could warm our main living areas without having to heat the entire house all the time. Absolutely amazing service! I woke up early to find my house uncomfortably cool and realized my AC wasn’t working at all. I gave Owen & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning a call and spoke with a friendly person who tried to help me troubleshoot the problem right away. They were able to send out a technician, Zachary, to my home super quickly. When Zachary arrived, he was very professional and respectful. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my AC and got right to work fixing it.
