I had a great experience at DC Tectronix and highly recommend. My laptop wasn't charging properly, so Dustin replaced the port, and when that didn't completely fix the problem, he replaced my charger (which I had damaged by using a broken port) at no extra cost. I really appreciated Dustin's kindness, timeliness, and clear communication was from start to end, and he did a great job for a lower price than some of the other alternatives. Thank you!

Dustin provided me with a wonderful experience. Dustin saved me a ton of money by helping me fix my laptop hinge / screen without having to replace the whole thing. He sees things from the customer's perspective and does what is right for YOU. He also helped me very fast and the entire procedure was professional. He was upfront about the whole procedure and I really felt like he saw it from my perspective and had my best interests at heart. Easy to get to and parking was a breeze. No line. Highly recommend for any type of electronics repair job!

My custom built PC randomly stopped working one day and DC Tectronix was a life saver! Dustin was able to troubleshoot my PC and diagnose that my motherboard was the culprit. He kept me updated as to the status of the repairs and got my PC back to me within a few days. I cannot recommend DC Tectronix enough to anyone in need of computer repairs. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He was able to keep the cost low and returned my PC in even better condition before.
