Sunstone provided timely thorough diagnosis of our problem. They formulated the best plan keeping in mind our budget . The deep cleaning and preventative maintenance to our system has kept it running longer than expected. Timely, fair priced and thorough. Sunsdtone is a great company that we have used at multiple locations.
Matt and Sam did a great job doing maintenance on our gas fireplace. They were thorough, clean and our fireplace looks brand new! Highly recommend supporting this local business!
Matt is awesome. He's very good at diagnostic issues with our gas furnace. He's a no bs kind of guy. We will always call him for any issues in the future. Don't waste your time with any other heating and cooling company.
When our HVAC system started to emit a strong, persistent odor we decided to call Sunstone based on the overwhelming number of positive online reviews the company has received. A visit to our home was scheduled for later that same week to which Matt arrived right on time. To my great embarrassment, however, the offending odor had mysteriously vanished by the time he got here. I apologized to Matt for potentially wasting his time. Unfazed, he went ahead and inspected the system anyway, just to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues that may cause the stink (or something worse) to recur in the future. He found nothing wrong and reported that no repairs were necessary. Not only did he decline my offer to pay him anything for his time, he stayed behind for several more minutes to patiently answer whatever questions we had. Needless to say, we were blown away by this level of customer service that is increasingly rare nowadays. Sunstone HVAC just made a customer for life!
