I had a very poor experience with Aurora Charleston, SC location. The customer service representative have very poor communication skills. They do not listen for understanding and is not helpful. The technician said one thing at the initial diagnostic appointment and submit that nothing was wrong with my washing machine. He told us he would be submitting in the information to my warranty company to get approval for the parts needed for repair. Instead place on the form the washer works with no issues. Which cause my claim to be denied and I lost my $100 deductible. He then stated he would reach out to the warranty company and did not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
