In the middle of a severe cold spell, my heating unit went out on a Sunday!. I called four companies, and Pinnacle was the only one who promised they would be out to fix it no matter how late the service call. Everything was fixed that evening and Derek had a pleasant attitude although I know he did many many calls that day. I did not even receive a phone call from the other three companies until Monday. Pinnacle will be getting all of my business moving forward, including service contract. They are friendly and professional. Prices are extremely reasonable. Why use anyone else?

Matt showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the relay that was burnt out and replaced it, doing diagnostics of the rest of the system at the same time. Our heat was back on and worked well after he repaired it. Excellent work and worth every penny.
