Kevin was GREAT. I lost my internet access, so I could not be helped remotely. We know a bit about computers and had tried everything. He came to our house and analyzed the problem, which was more complicated than expected, and fixed it. He was recommended by my brother-in-law who uses him too. Totally happy with his service.
