Had Mason come out to service my units. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and respectful. He went up and beyond as he also helped me program the thermastat app on my phone as I am not very savy. He took the time to answer any questions truthfully. He is AMAZING! We have been dealing with Jason and his team at Low Country Air Solutions for many years. First at our home on Hilton Head and now at our new home in Sun City. This service was to install a Bryant Split System in our lanai. Carl B. and his crew did an awesome job as usual. The installation was done flawlessly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. We will continue to use Low Country Air Solutions for our HVAC service and maintenance.
LowCountry Air provides outstanding and responsive service, each member of the team is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, hard working and diligent. They model great integrity to go along with their technical expertise. We partnered with them for the first time in 2024 and, when we moved in 2025 we wanted to be sure to use their services at the new location.
