I was finishing up a DIY flush on my Rinnai water heater, when I turned the hot water shut off valve back on the handle broke off. I contacted Seabreeze Plumbing immediately (after normal business hours) and by extreme good fortune Ben was only five minutes from my home. He assessed the situation, had the parts needed in his truck, and completed the repair within an hour. The price he quoted was very reasonable. Ben is a very pleasant individual. I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend, a Sunday night to be exact. I went down the list in Google calling place after place with emergency services only to be gaffed off until I came across Seabreeze. I got a rapid response and everything explained to me upfront. I was very impressed with Ben's jobs today. First off, he arrived well within the two hour scheduled period. Secondly, he installed a new shower fixture in no time, and then went on to fix a problem with our kitchen disposal that came about after we called him regarding the shower. Third, the price he charged for everything was more than fair.
