I would greatly recommend iTek Squad because my wife's phone just died on us yesterday and I was referred to them by another competitor. I believe they did the right thing. They were not able to bring it back to life and when I went to pickup the phone they didn't charge me for trying to fix it. The staff were very pleasant and professional. We need more companies like this.
Great job, quality and cost! I was told it would be approximately 1-1.5 hrs to complete and within an hour they were complete. $150. for repair on broken glass and a glass protector added! I came in today and spoke to a lady that work there she was so respectful told her my phone was broken and my screen needed fix and she went to look if they had the screen for it and she came back and told me she don't have the screen for it and she can order it and I can come back tomorrow afternoon and get it she was very respectful price was great I advised most people to come to that place to get there phone check or look at or fix very clean organized and everything
After dealing with Best buy and their so called geek squad, I finally reached my limit with them. I tried I-Tek in Bluffton and to my surprise not only were they super fast in repairing my iPad but very reasonable in there pricing. They price initially quoted to replace the battery and fix the screen on an iPad was what I thought was a fair price but when I received the bill it is actually considerately lower. What can I say, a very fair price, less than an hour and a half to repair it, why use the geek squad? I would definitely use them again if needed. Thanks again for excellent fast service.
They are great to deal with and very reasonable on their prices. But putting that aside, they did an excellent job of inserting a new drive in my iMac. They were somewhat lacking in communication, but they were honest and forthright in their performance. When I picked up my computer, it was done flawlessly, and the insertion of the drive and initiation of the software were spot on. They even updated my computer with the latest software. The company and staff are great, and you should not hesitate to use them for any of their services.
