My dryer had quit working 2 times. Called for them to come out. The person who came out said possible lent clogged and they dont crawl under home to unclog. Charged me $149.45 . Dryer quit again my husband pulled it out. Technician didnt do this He checked the plug and plug looked bad. We replaced plug. And so far dryer is working . I would not recommend this place. They didnt investigate properly. Just took my money.
Always the guy I call for issues with our washer and dryer. He's always professional, on time, polite and explains everything in detail but makes it understandable for a female who knows absolutely nothing about the appliance world 🙂 He's local, reputable and does quality work.
No problem getting ahold of him. Was here when he said he would be here. My issue was when he wanted 95.00 for a service call! I didn't expect him to come out for free but anything more than 50 bucks should be quoted to you at first contact. I spoke to him several times before he came out and not once did tell me his price. Maybe it is my own fault for not asking but never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be that much for 5 minutes of someone's time. I do want to say that Joe did waive the fee and I truly appreciate that. I think it was just a unfortunate incident.
We've used them for years. Joe called and I was unable to come home. He came into our home (even w/3 good dogs) and we had all the parts and he fixed our oven situation perfectly. Extremely trust worthy, reliable and honest! They have moved to the shopping Plaza next to Zeppes in Burton. We dropped off our check and nothing could be better. Thank you Joe.
