Patience
Had the blower motor of our furnace go out during one of those most frigid days of the year. After reaching out, Gary came with a quickness (in rough driving conditions) and did not leave until it was fixed and running. He was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions that we had. What he did was definitely not easy, yet he was extremely kind and kept a professional, get it done attitude! Super impressed throughout our entire experience with this company! Will certainly use again if any problems arise in the future!
