Bricked my PC one night by messing with the BIOS settings and called Mat around 12am and he wasted no time rushing over to try and fix it only to find out the chipset installed on a specific higher end ASUS motherboard was corrupted due to a massive bug created by INTEL ( which actually led them to recall several variations of this board ) which he fixed. The issue was an absolute monster to even figure out because it was causing so many other problems that even the most experienced IT Professionals would most certainly struggle with; however, after almost giving up hope for the machine Mat found the underlying issue and corrected the problem with the utmost professionalism and haste. Not only did Mat fix the problem, but he saved a custom high end PC worth over $10,000 and he saved dozens of custom software development environments. I could not be happier with his work and with it being such a high stress situation I can't say I was very easy to work with during this time either, but he understood how stressful the situation was and really used his decades of IT knowledge to work a real miracle in this situation. To make a long story short, this man replaced my motherboard after I had unexpectedly broken it, gave me the fastest SSD hard drive I have ever used, and fixed a 5 year old INTEL chipset bug that has eluded me ever since I bought this thing that caused software and games both to run like garbage ( mind you, I am a senior software engineer with over 10 years of enterprise level experience ) I know this is kind of cliche, but Mat definitely gave me a Christmas miracle this year. 10 out of 10 would definitely use again.
