Lloyd is FANTASTIC. He is professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He came to our house to investigate a whirring sound from our freezer. He said that it was a fan, checked it out, rebalanced the freezer and told us how to avoid the problem in the future. He explained everything clearly, and we are confident that we won't have this problem again.
Highly recommend this company! I have used Mr. Appliance a few times. Lloyd is great friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He knew the issue with my GE fridge immediately. The part came in quickly and they were even very accommodating with my appointment time. I will always use them for any future appliance repair.
It started when Brea took my call. She was pleasant and responsive. We were able to get an appointment the next day. We received a text shortly thereafter with a picture of our technician, Robert, and the estimate time of arrival. We were also texted that he was on his way. He arrived, and diagnosed our washing machine not draining. He read what the possible issues it could be, and decided to try one of the options, and it worked. He could have just took the path of least resistance and ordered a part but instead went above and beyond. He was courteous and showed a willingness to solve the problem. The bill was reasonable, and we were extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Mentor.
This is the second time we’ve hired Mr. appliance for repairs. They were able to schedule their technician very quickly, and the rates are fair. The technician, Jonathan, was on time, worked diligently to find the source of the issue, and repaired it the first time. Jonathan was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Mr. appliance.
