We were looking for a firewood conveyor for our firewood business and we reached out to Professional Heating Systems through email to ask questions. John reached out on a Sunday morning. He answered all my questions and gave me a price. Very happy with the overall customer service and product we purchased from this company.
We original went with another company to do the install. Man were we sorry. Long story short. I called this company after 7 pm and they answered. Even just that call was more service than I got in the 5 months of misery dealing with the other company. He trouble shot our unit and saved us from a cold night. He then followed up with us and helped us with many other things. To many to list. Go with him everytime
John and Brenda were more than helpful with replacing our wood burning furnace. They explained everything and promised to continue to help in the future. Thank you both for everything!
John has a prompt response time. He's very knowledgeable. He's helped me over the phone and in person. He even passed on his knowledge by advising the person installing our propane boiler on the correct procedure just to help him learn! Highly recommend!
Last night I discovered my outside wood stove would not stay lit. I spent over two hours trying to figure out the issue. It was after midnight when I text John saying I had a problem and asked him to contact me ASAP. He contacted me at 6:00AM this morning! During a follow up phone call he quickly led me to the problem. I was able to easily make the repair as a result and the stove is back up and running fine! The “focus”of this review is John took the time to email and call me even though he had other customers he was helping. By his willingness to troubleshoot and SOLVE the issue over the phone he saved me time, anxiety, and money!!! Tell me how many service professionals you know that will do that!!! Thank you John and Brenda. PS, a few months ago they saved me about $160 on shipping for maintenance parts I ordered. They are good people…
