What a pleasant surprise! The lady who set up the appointment was available every time I called and reassured me that the technician was still coming out the day I needed him. I got nervous because it was after 6 PM but he did show up and I had heat that night. He had to come back the next day to replace another part and I received the text that he was on his way. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained a lot to me that I did not know about, and that was very beneficial and kind of him to take time out to explain those things. His name was Matt and again. I highly recommend this company.

Aeras delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jenna coordinated everything seamlessly and made sure we were connected with the installation team right away. Adam provided a thoughtful assessment of our needs and designed a solution that met our requirements without stretching the budget. Dino and the rest of the installation team were outstanding in executing the revised heating plan for our home. In the middle of the project, we even had an unrelated emergency when a water line burst due to the cold weather. Dino reacted immediately, protected our belongings in the basement, and connected us with a mitigation crew to handle the cleanup. That level of care goes far beyond what anyone would expect. Our new heating system has exceeded our expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Aeras has earned my full confidence, and I highly recommend them. I’ll continue relying on their team for all of my home’s heating and cooling needs.
