The woman who answers the phone is combative for no reason. I have water all over the floor coming from a very expensive fridge that wasn’t there before the repair process began and she hung up on me. It’s unacceptable. They have been out multiple times to fix the fridge and it still was not fixed. Had to call an additional company out who came and was able to actually repair the issue. They also serviced my oven which still isn’t fixed and they refuse to refund me because they want me to allow them back into my home. The nerve. I was put out $3k for my fridge. I refuse to have this be the same situation! Run away as fast as you can from this place.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher that was leaking on the First run through. Bosch dispatched appliance masters, and Patrick showed up right on time, thoughtfully, and meticulously, observed and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He spent 90 minutes in our house and there was no charge as it was related to the unit itself. In addition, he gave us recommendations on our new appliances as which detergent and oven cleaners to use and not use and also alerted us to a factory recall on our LG refrigerator. I would not hesitate to contact and use appliance masters again, even if I had to pay for the service call, thank you, Patrick!
