I had an amazing experience with Jay! He helped me fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max and was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I actually came all the way from Freehold just to get my phone repaired and it was 100% worth the trip.
My iPhone 14 Pro Max got water-damaged, and Apple wanted to charge $700 even though they’d already repaired it before. I brought it to iCity instead, and they fixed it quickly for much less. It lasted another year until it accidentally fell in a kiddie pool again. I thought it was done for, but they still managed to bring it back to life! I’ve already replaced it with a new phone, but thanks to iCity, I now have my old one as a reliable backup. Super nice team and great service!
