Highly recommend! My 15-year-old water heater gave up on a Sunday, and Kyle was a lifesaver. He honestly explained why a repair wasn't worth it, helped me downsize to a 50-gallon unit that was available immediately, and got our hot water back the same day. Professional, honest, and fast.
I highly recommend Parson’s Plumbing and Heating. Kyle was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He did such a thorough job reinstalling my toilet and fixed issues left behind by two other plumbers who left the job incomplete leaving leakage that was never there before. I’d also like to mention this was the most reasonable price I’ve ever paid for a plumbing service.
TOTALLY FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE HERE!! We support local businesses, especially our NEW plumber! Received service within 24 hours, called on a cold arctic Sunday evening and Kyle came out the next day ahead of schedule. ANOTHER company wants $450 for a Sunday same day service for just COMING OUT!! Reasonable pricing, exceptional service, got the leaking pipes and multiple valves replaced quickly. During the visit, Kyle identified another issue, and immediately make plan to address them potentially saving me thousands of dollars should a catastrophic event occurs. To sum up my experience with Parsons Plumbing & Heating: Honest, courteous, skillful, foward thinking, more than fair pricing!! Kyle didn't just gain a customer, he gained a trusted customer and my local neighborhood, and we are proud to support a new company in our area!! By the way, Kyle is NOT new to the plumbing trade, he has years of hand-on and project management experience, I found him to be very knowledgeable to the trade and our local building codes. Truly a top notch service provider.
We had an issue with a toilet at one of our offices. Kyle responded immediately and fixed the issue. He came over 3 times in a 24 hour period just to ensure the issue was completely resolved. We will definitely be using him again.
