Dan showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had our oven igniter replaced quickly and efficiently. His pricing was very fair, and the quality of work was excellent. We wouldn’t call anyone else for appliance repair in the area - highly recommend.
10/10!! We were told by another company that we needed to replace our entire HVAC system that only 6 years old. It was a quick fix to replace the outside breaker. They were super honest with us, and we will definitely call them for all appliances and ac issues going forward! If you have anything needing to be fixed, call these guys! ‘All Brand’ is a wonderful, honest, family-owned business who have been a reliable part of the Pensacola community for many years. To date, we have purchased two AC systems and two heating units, for both our own residence and for that of a rental property. Dan’s assistance and experienced suggestions, guided us through the process of purchasing the most suitable units at the best price. The installation process was flawless in all cases. I especially appreciated Dan’s experience with historic homes, as we reside in East Hill, and have an older home that required some custom work for the install. I even know the technician that trained Dan, so we all go back a long way. Dan’s diagnostic skills and installation experience was a joy, and his follow up calls are much appreciated. It’s a comfort to know that he and his son will be servicing this equipment for many years to come.
