FOSTER"S APPLIANCE AND TV REPAIR

My television screen recently went out, and I was surprised since my four-year-old Hisense TV had been trouble-free. Instead of buying a new TV, I opted to have it repaired at Foster's Appliance Repair. The repair was completed within two weeks, and my 55-inch TV is now functioning properly. I paid a $50 deposit, and the remaining balance was deducted from that amount. I recommend Foster's Appliance Repair, but please be aware that they only accept cash or checks.

I hate to leave a negative review for this business, especially seeing how the owners respond to them. I brought in a tv for repairs mid-December, and the service was fast and cheap, but the same issue arrose again when I took the device home. The owner said they would fix it again, this time for free, since they had misdiagnosed the original problem. I had zero updates for two months, and when I went in person to see why they wouldn't respond to a phone call, I saw there were "for rent" signs on the building. So a few months ago this company comes out to do some warranty work on my LG TV. The other day they call and say "we are tired of dealing with LG, find someone else to fix the TV". Insult to injury I got a text fro LG saying the servicer has submitted whatever saying the job is completed. So FOSTERS threw me to the wolves on this repair because im having to start all over again trying to get this tv repaired after waiting on 3 months for parts. I wouldn't use this company again for any repair.

I had a very positive experience with Foster Appliance Repair. For starters, I came in on a busy day and they still greeted me, and helped me in a timely manner. They’re very knowledgeable and a honest small business. Their customer service is very friendly, accommodating and I’ve always felt like a valued customer. My TV was damaged in my move and instead of charging me an arm and a leg to diagnose it and fix it, they advised me that my better option would be to purchase a new TV. They said the parts, time and labor would cost just as much. I appreciated this because other companies may have took my business just to collect an extra penny.... Read full review
