Gulfside Appliance is beyond the best! Ivy, went above and beyond to help me with a wall mount oven. She spent days and hours, even after hours texting me links for possible replacement parts. After her help of searching for 3 days, I was able to find one. Her husband Sam, was amazing in getting it installed. I wouldn’t have an oven if it wasn’t for their help! I would recommend them 1000x over. I can not thank you both enough for all the patience and help!!

We called Gulfside Appliance Repair when our refrigerator broke down. It was the first time we had ever called them. It was an early morning phone call and I received an immediate response. They had an employee at our house within two hours. A new compressor and parts had to be ordered so we had to wait a few days, but the company stayed in touch with us keeping us posted on progress. I even got a call from them on Sunday and the following holiday.. They were all wonderful from Office administration to certified service personnel. Because of their courteous tracking with us we were able to set up alternative measures to save all of our refrigerated and frozen food. We will definitely call on them again. I contacted Gulfside Appliance Repair, and they dispatched a technician named Larry. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and was courteous and professional. I showed him the refrigerator that required repair, and he immediately got to work. Larry demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise, performing a thorough inspection by first checking the basic components and then conducting a complete diagnostic of the refrigerator. His work was clean, neat, and efficient. Thanks to his diligence, my refrigerator is now fully operational again.
