Brought in a dead mechanical watch (dropped it on a tile floor yikes!). Spoke with Rick about it and he said he'd take a look and let me know. We decided to replace the complete movement and took to opportunity to upgrade to a more modern and longer reserve power movement (ETA 2824-2 to a ETA C07-111). The finished product exceeded my expectations. Keeps perfect time and now has an 80 hour reserve versus 38. Thanks, Rick and the whole crew!

Broke one of my pendants and brought it here to get a quote. They verified it was real and then gave an honest and reasonable quote. Turnaround was only a few days, and it’s good as new.
