If your looking for parts order online instead. If I would have i would have had the part yesterday. I ordered a part from ferguson roanoke Monday at 730 am and jack Sheppard told me it would ship that day and I would have it tuesday. He said he would send me tracking and receipt too. He charged me and then nothing else happened. I emailed him a second time and left a voicemail that never was returned. I talked to 4 people over an hour and a half time frame and no one could find the order on Tuesday around 345. Finally the 4th person claimed he found it and said it shipped and we would have it Wednesday and he would send me the receipt and tracking info. He never did, but I got an alert from ups that they created the label at 452 pm on Tuesday. I never got the info from the rep he said he would send and he lied about it shipping already. Its wednesday morning now and ups is showing they dont even have the package yet, so it wont be coming today. Worst customer service.
