Reed's Clock Gallery

You would be wise to find another clock smith. Reeds was hired to clean, lubricate, and install the movement in my J H Miller floor clock. 3 weeks later the movement bound up and lost 2.5 hours in a 8 hour period. The clock was stopped at that point and Reeds was contacted. I was told to back the movement off by 15 minutes. This did nothing and the minute hand has significant resistance if attempting to move it forward. At this point reeds needs to come asses the movement. I have made several attempts to get reeds to come back out but all they say it will be put it on the schedule.
