Fast response time. Garrick is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through a complicated process over the phone in which my email address was lost. Garrick got me up and running over the phone step by step since I am not that tech savvy.
I had a thorny issue with a work email that did not jibe with a newly launched website. I spent two hours on the phone with Garrick using a shared computer screen. He was patient with my lack of skills and worked methodically through the issues. While he was unable to fix it remotely, he gave me detailed instructions for my website folks, and it was quickly remedied. He even went so far as to follow up after the fact to make sure it was resolved. I would not hesitate to use him again.
