Visiting Mr. Leen is real A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. The shop is his home without sign. He is very generous and quickly. I left my laptop at his house and he called me back in a few of hours. He suggested me purchase a new charge and where to get the cheapest one, a handwritten note about all general specifications. He refused my payment with a smile, just said call him and he will come right to doorstep.
Our two dental offices have been clients of Ion for several years now and have previously been very pleased with their service. Over the past 6 months, however, it has not been a positive experience at all. The new computer ordered for our staff room in January had to be returned as it wasn’t working. That took months to get it and then get it set up. Then one of the computers in one of our treatment rooms quit working two months. So we ordered another new computer which didn’t work so they sent another one which also didn’t work. We are still waiting two months later for the third computer snd hoping THAT one works. The email thread between Dell and our service person at Ion was long and complicated. Dell would say several of the parts were back ordered. Meanwhile it is really impacting our ability to provide comprehensive care to our patients. We were told by Ion that the parts had indeed been shipped last week, but that Dell delivered them to the wrong town and Dell would be coming up to install it this past Friday. We waited and waited -no call-no text-no message from Dell or Ion. Upon questioning Ion NOW the story is the part is back ordered-apparently it wasn’t shipped to the wrong town after all. Being VERY unhappy now, we left a phone message this morning asking simply to speak to the owner of Ion. We asked him to call either me or my husband (the owners of the dental practice). He blew us off and had our regular technician call our front office person to tell her the part is back-ordered.no communication with we-the owners! As small business owners, you can bet if we have a patient that calls up upset about services provided, the doctor personally calls them to discuss the matter. Apparently the owner of ion is either too busy or doesn’t care if he has unhappy clients.
