Robert was able to be here earlier than initially scheduled. He was able to easily diagnosed the problem with three toilets. He then went to pickup up the parts and returned to install them. All three toilets were functioning well in quick time. Before leaving he made sure that I was informed about the repairs.

Anthony F showed up on time; diagnosed the condensate pump problem and strategized solutions. Then best solution chosen and put in place. Great additional info from Michael P especially in relation to possible new furnace in not too distant future. Pine State is excellent with timely service; reasonable options and prices i can live with.
