This is a very honest company. My elderly father in Newport News called another garage door company to fix his garage door. They wanted to charge him over $700 for a new motor and system. The technician at Advanced Door Systems quickly realized all it needed was reprogramming and a new remote. What a breath of fresh air!

Advanced Door Systems installed our two garage doors when the home was built and has serviced them ever since. Recently a door spring broke after hours. They provide for emergency repairs after office hours and arrived the following day to make a temporary repair that would allow us to use the door until replacement springs could be ordered; just 3 days later they returned and replaced the springs, serviced both doors and pointed out repairs I asked about that didn't need to be done. That's great, honest service!
Technician Mark came out to my home he was very professional,knowledgable thorough and friendly. He explained what had to be done and got it done in a timely manner. I was very pleased. From my experience I would definitly recommend this company., and my garage door is working perfectly.
My experience with Advanced Door Systems was very good. I needed my garage door opener fixed. Another company said it was shot and quoted us $2100 for a new door. When ADS came out they said the opener was not shot and fixed it at a reasonable price. Very nice service person. He also quoted a new door for the garage at $850 to $1000. I trust this company.
