Lion Garage Door Repair & Installation

I called Lion to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Once Chris, the technician, arrived he was obviously very customer service oriented in explaining the repair process to me. He examined the door to determine all needed repairs and provided me with a written estimate. After my approval he went to work and replaced both springs, replaced a missing bolt and tightened others, and also lubricated all moving parts. Chris was very efficient and would not leave until I tested the door and was satisfied. Chris was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating for his work and customer service skills. I gave an overall 4 star rating because of issues with the office which could have been negated with communication to me regarding a delay in service and an accurate ETA.

Zack did a great job. He called to say he was coming and got there around when he said he would. We quickly determined the old unit was toast and then l decided the model garage door opener I wanted, he got me the price including installation, and he got on with installing it right away. The install went well, he was quick and efficient and he knows his stuff. In less than 24 hrs from my afternoon call to Lion they completed the job. Very happy and when my other opener dies I will call them to do the same again. A five star effort. L. Payne
