I took my Camry in for front wheel alignment. I dropped off my car after hours and got a call about some services the car needed. Some required immediate attention and some for the near future. They text me a list along with pictures so I could see what was wrong. That brought me a sense of trust. I’ll be back for the recommended repairs and future ones as well!
Excellent service. Immediate response to my voicemail and kept me informed of the approval process with my insurance. Work was completed in 2 days. Will definitely visit them again and refer others to them as well.
Amazing customer service and speedy fix. They are straight forward with you and definitely look out for the customer. They also offer a military discount, which is good in this area. I will take everything to them from here on out.
I went to Cliff’s south for a state inspection. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they were super fast. What I truly love about my experience is that none of the guys there made me feel stupid when explaining the work that needs to happen in the very near future. Ladies, if you don’t want to be made to feel like a “stupid woman” for asking a few questions, I recommend Cliff’s. Both locations have been great.
