Auto Pros Service Center is hands down one of the most professional and trustworthy auto shops I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they are transparent, honest, and truly focused on getting the job done right. They take the time to explain what’s needed, answer questions clearly, and never make you feel rushed or unsure. I’d prefer taking my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 to them than the MB Service Center. Rudy, Ryan, and Dawn are absolutely amazing. They are consistently kind, patient, and accommodating, no matter how many questions or concerns you may have. Their customer service alone sets them apart, and their work speaks for itself. It’s rare to find an auto service center that combines integrity, quality work, and genuine care for their customers, but Auto Pros does exactly that—every single time. Highly recommend!
