Ace Sewing & Vacuum

BERNINA sent a notification of an upgrade to download. I couldn’t make it work. I spoke with Ethan, who kindly walked me through the process while upgrading one in the shop. It didn’t work on my end. I took my machine in (to Newberg), Nick did the upgrade. I decided to have them service it, since it was time. I live out of the area, but was returning the following week and asked if they might have it ready. It was ready in more than enough time AND they transferred it to the Tigard store, which was where we were going to be. It was Ethan who suggested the transfer, not me. I haven’t had such great service in a long time. Thanks to everyone at Ace!

Ethan was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Was able to help me figure out what needed to be done for my vacuum quickly! I recommend Ace sewing and vacuum! Very clean store too I might add!

I'm a sewing novice and managed to break a part on my machine... some mysterious, important-seeming part. Not only was the knowledgeable staff person able to make sense of my ramblings over the phone, but the part was in stock AND set aside for me to pick up at my leisure later that same day. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Very friendly, lovely classroom. I love there beautiful good quality fabric. Great choice for having both your sewing machine and vacuum cleaner serviced.
