Great customer service from quote through to actually completing the project. Kolby came out multiple times while we we're still in the inspection period to meet with us in person and give us some piece of mind. Lehi than came out within a few days of close and did a phenomenal job, even leaving the dirt-filled basement room cleaner than he found it. Obviously, Im not a foundation expert so I don't know how it'll hold in the long term but it looks fantastic and sure seems strong. Absolutely would recommend.
Of all the companies we interviewed for our foundation work, Foundations First Northwest brought the most experience and innovation to the job and was the easiest to work with. If we ever need foundation work done, Foundations First Northwest will be who we call.
Needing a major fix at your house is never something you want to do but Mike and his team made this unfortunate circumstance as pleasant as it could have possibly been.
We learned about the possibility of having to need foundation work when we purchased the house. Mike came out a couple of years ago and measured the house once in winter and once in summer and did not measure any issues and recommended to not do anything and observe if any new cracks appear. 2 years later I saw cracks in my sealing and contacted Mike again. He came out and identified the issue. The quote was very competitive and the service was great so I decided to go with him and his team. It was a smooth cruise from start to finish. Extremely proactive communication by Jenna throughout the entire project and the install went as well as it could in last November. This summer I wanted to turn on the sprinkler system and realized, that a section was not working and it was most likely due to the install. I contacted Mike and again, the communication was great and very proactive. Long story short, the entire team went above and beyond to fix the issue. Everyone was super friendly and super professional and there to help, never trying to cut any corners but just wanting to do a good job and this is exactly what they did.
If you have foundation issues and you need someone to take care of it, I cannot imagine anyone else taking better care of a customer than the team at foundation first. I'd give 1000 stars if I could.
From the moment Christina showed up for the initial inspection to the time Brandon and his crew swept the last bit of debris FFNW has been great. They are professional, respectful and friendly. They were easy to work with and answered so many questions. We needed our 3 story 1910 house reinforced from the basement and deck reinforced with a slab and sidewalk poured. They designed it and created a great safe place for us. We Highly recommend them.
