James went above and beyond to get me a motor for my vacuum so I could fix it myself. Most repair businesses scoff at people wanting to fix their own stuff but he really helped me out. I can tell he is a man of integrity and I would trust him with my vacuum! Support this good small business there aren't many like this left anymore

James is the type of business owner that makes business owners look amazing. If every business owner was as knowledgeable, friendly, and caring as James, every business would be thriving. I live in Tennessee and he called and left a voice mail for me regarding apart that I had ordered. There was an issue on the payment process (mine, not his) and he was kind enough to contact me about it. He didn't have to do that as the part I needed is hard to find and sought-after. Meaning, he could easily have just sold it to the next customer in need of the part. We got the payment issue resolved and I can't thank him enough for everything he did. This is a man you can trust.
