BERNINA sent a notification of an upgrade to download. I couldn’t make it work. I spoke with Ethan, who kindly walked me through the process while upgrading one in the shop. It didn’t work on my end. I took my machine in (to Newberg), Nick did the upgrade. I decided to have them service it, since it was time. I live out of the area, but was returning the following week and asked if they might have it ready. It was ready in more than enough time AND they transferred it to the Tigard store, which was where we were going to be. It was Ethan who suggested the transfer, not me. I haven’t had such great service in a long time. Thanks to everyone at Ace!
