Joel was so incredible with helping us find our new vacuum. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us figure out what vacuum was the right choice. The pricing is great, and I like that I have a warranty and place to go in case I need it in the future. He is also helpful in answering some of the questions I had about the sewing classes that are available. I highly recommend this place!
I took in a 50+ year old Singer sewing machine for maintenance. Aloha Sewing & Vac delivers high-quality work with a very reasonable turn around time. The price was good and the customer service was excellent. They even brought it out to my car and loaded it in for me!
Bought a Baby Lock Victory two weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Aloha Sew n Vac has personal service from knowledgable people, a wide selection of machines set up ready for customs to try, a wide selection of notions, everything priced very reasonably, free in store follow up training if needed for basic use questions, and reasonably priced classes for various setting needs and abilities. The store is clean, well arranged for product browsing, not cramped, and the people are to notch. Also, it's a family run business with a lot of heart.
It took me so long to decide to buy my "forever machine." Kim walked me through every one of the features I wanted. She's a great listener. The customer service in this store is above and beyond. They unpacked the box so I wouldn't have to deal with the garbage. Once my new machine was out of the box Kim plugged it in and walked me through and helped me set my default settings. I'm looking forward to going back in for my lessons to learn more about my new forever sewing machine. Experience: 5 stars I'm a quilter and soon will need a new travel machine for classes and retreats. There's no question where I will go and who I'll ask for!
