Water Heater of course went out at the absolute worst time. Found you guys on google with great reviews. You guys reached out within about a minute to my inquiry and quickly had a tech on the way. Grant was my tech he was very friendly knowledgeable and professional. Showed me multiple options because of the age and shape my water heater was and warned he may not be able to fix it. I liked how up front Grant was with everything and even though he said it might not happen he was able to troubleshoot and replace the necessary part. Water heater kicked back to life he doubled checked everything including our water pressure and was out in a pretty timely manner. In the future I would not hesitate recommending you guys and I will be upgrading to a newer one in the future and hope Grant can come and install it. Definitely saved the day.

We hired plumbing and sewer renewal specialists to relocate our house shutoff valve inside the garage and replace the water heater. They were the low bidders on this job of 4 that I received. They relocated the valve to a more convenient location inside the garage and explained the operation of the required pressure regulator valve. When they replaced the water heater, they selected a slimmer model to fit in the space. Other bids were charging more to move and disconnect other ducting. They also cleaned up the gas vent and gas line connects so they are now compliant. Excellent job overall.

We hired Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists to do two projects for us and are very pleased with the outcome of both. They cleaned out a blockage under our sink (see pictures) as well as installed an exterior clean-out for our mid-century house.
