My wife and I purchased a new spa and we needed an electrical contractor to handle Installing a 50 amp breaker in our existing panel. And routing everything to the spa including a shutoff breaker. Drew, who represented the company was prompt in arriving at the scheduled inspection time. Every question I had for him, he was concise, knowledgeable and very confident in multi spa electrical connections in the past. I Had a total of 5 companies that came out to give estimates, and based on the remaining 4 Pro Tech Power was 2 to $300 less than everybody else ,But what struck me was his confidence and knowledge in visualizing all of the electrical plans, and that's what Convince me that I would be in a contract with them to do our project. I worked with a office person named Stephanie who set up the contract. I reviewed it, signed it and she put me on the schedule for the project. It was a day after the delivery of the spa which was perfect and the weather was great and the crew came out to do the install and arrived on time, which is a big plus for me. The electricians were very polite, explained everything they were going to do and after the completion of the project, they even came out with a small battery operated vacuum cleaner and cleaned up some of the small shavings on the deck that they had been working on, which I told them, don't worry about it, I can hose it off, but it just shows the quality of the project. The county inspector came out a few days later to do the final on the electrical, and his comments were that he had nothing to complain about and commented that it was a very clean wiring system. That made us feel really good.Making the decision that go with this company. Down the road, we have some remodels to do.We are fairly new in Oregon and definitely. When it comes time to hire electricians , I will be looking at this company again.
