we are so lucky to have this place close by. a problem with our vacuum's suction was resolved in 10 minutes thanks to Allan. we had tried everything we could think of to fix it at home, but that's why the professionals are here. Allan is extremely knowledgeable and was eager to assist in clearing the issue so we could get back to vacuuming up our pet hair. 100% recommend before just deciding to ditch it and buy new. thanks A to Z!

I’d like to start by saying I hope everyone loves what they do the way Allan does! He not only instructs and helps people with their vacuum issues, but does so with presence, care, and outstanding professionalism. From the moment I arrived and explained the issue, he knew there wasn’t much that could be done for my vacuum. My vacuum started to make weird sounds and stopped picking up anything - but as much as I wanted to throw the thing out and just get a new one (it was about 4 or 5 years old at this point), I remembered seeing this store while walking through Somerville and decided to bring my machine in. Boy am I glad I did! Allan was so knowledgeable and kind - explaining features I didn’t realize I had and giving me recommendations for upkeep. He took apart my vacuum while I was there and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend this shop to anyone considering throwing out their vacuum and just buying a new one - bring it here first! Thank you Allan!
