Ron is the man!!! We are so lucky we listened to our interior designer she told us this is the best vacuum store. He educated us. He didn’t try to upsell us. He was absolutely awesome. We’re super grateful. He’s such a great guy. We ended up buying a Miele. 5 stars all around! God bless you and your family Ron. We love him.
Went in a couple of weeks ago to pick up a new Sebo vacuum that my son purchased after doing tons of research about what's the best vacuum out there. Ron showed me the model my son bought and then I became intrigued by it. He gave me a quick demo of that one, and the larger top of the line model, and I started to think that maybe it was time to take advantage of newer ideas like - get a load of this - a removable brush in the power head so you can clean it! And how about a 40 foot long cord? Bumpers on the edge of the vacuum to prevent dings on furniture! Yup time for a change. Further, Ron told me about a turbo attachment that completely eliminates dog hair from fabrics. I am amazed by it. I literally just said to my wife that the Sebo (D4 Premium), especially with that turbo head, is a complete game changer. And I love the fact that Livingston Vacuum is a local, long time, family owned business. Great people. Great products. If you need a vacuum cleaner, make these guys your first and only place to shop. No need to go anywhere else.
Brought my older vacuum in to see whether it could be repaired, or if needed to get a new one. The repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Friendly, honest service.
I didn't have much time to research equipment and needed a central vacuum replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw online that he installed a high quality unit, and that's where most of the money went. Very pleased with the work but moreover glad I can call them if I ever have a problem. Truly made me feel like they will be around and come back if I need them in 5 yrs.
We can’t say enough good things about this business - family owned. The owner (Ron) was friendly, very knowledgeable, patient - took the time to answer all our questions. We had been shopping around for a new vacuum of higher quality. All the insight and info he provided helped us make the decision to buy right then and there. Prices were definitely comparable to other places, including online but we prefer to support small business whenever possible. Can’t wait to put our new Sebo to use. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get their vacuum repaired or replaced!
