I took my vacuum cleaner in for repair, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Joe was incredibly kind and attentive. When I got my vacuum back, it looked better than ever! Joe, the owner, is very nice. And he REALLY knows his stuff. I took my Dyson vacuum into him that was literally in pieces. He informed me that he could fix it if I would like him to. I was actually surprised - I was ready to get laughed at, dragging in all those pieces! After a quick once-over he diagnosed it & immediately looked up the part for me and told me how much it was. It was way more than it was worth. I'm sure he could see the disappointment on my face and he offered me $5 for the parts. Probably so I wouldn't have to struggle carrying those awkward pieces again. His gesture DID make it better. And it was very sweet of him. He didn't have to do that. Hell, he probably threw it in the dumpster out back before I even got off the block. And Joe knows computers, too, so I will definitely be back to see him soon.
