1 Man Appliance Service and Repair

I had a leaking dishwasher. I appreciate them being upfront about cost (the visit cost + $ per minute), however I would say it's on the higher range. I mentioned that the leakage was happening around the door. However, the repairman saw a leak at the inlet, which he dealt with. He said that if the dishwasher was still leaking within 30 days, then they will come back free of charge. Sounded great. Well, they said that because the leak was from a different area, it is now a different issue and would be charged for the repair still. I whole-heartedly disagree -- the problem was a leak, and it is still leaking. It doesn't matter where it's leaking, that should have been figured out initially. So, because of the expensive repair and I almost feel like the 30 day service was not being adhered to, makes me not recommend this company. Edit: Based on the company reply, it is ridiculous. It doesn't matter when I called back, the policy was that they would come back if the issue still arises within 30 days. It still leaked within 30 days. The problem is that there was a leak, whether they misdiagnosed the source of the leak is not my problem.
