Oleg is the best. Our drying machine stopped working, and we couldn't figure it out. He diagnosed my problem in less than ten minutes. He first considered repairing the part himself, but the damage was to an internal component on a control board. If it had been a soldering job, I'm confident his fix would have been perfect. Since that didn't work, we needed to replace the part. Besides simply ordering the part, Oleg had an idea in our particular case that saved us some time and money. He came back later with the new part, and in 30 minutes our laundry machine worked. He looked over everything else and found that our dryer vent was partially blocked – likely the cause of our initial issue! In the end, he even gave a 1 year guarantee of his work. Overall, Oleg was communicative, kind, and very expert. He'll be my go-to for my own appliance repair needs, and I'll be referring him to my friends as well.
