Hot Wire Hvac & Appliance repair are top notch. We received service on the same day of our first call with them. Even within hours! Our technician, Ramses, was thorough and communicated well throughout the maintenance visit. He was kind and respected our home by placing shoe covers on. We will definitely be calling Hot Wire back for any appliance needs.

Alex K. did an amazing job replacing the gasket on the washer and servicing the dryer. He was efficient, took great care of our home, went above and beyond cleaning behind the units, and was easy to work with. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

I had an issue with my all-in-one washer/dryer. The drain pump sounded gravelly/not good. My landlord contacted them first thing in the morning and they were able to come same day! Alex K was our technician, he was professional and informative. He knew right away when he heard the pump what was wrong. Very appreciative of the company and Alex's work. Highly recommend.
