Andrii replied quickly to our inquiry and was able to get us scheduled right away. He was very communicative and explained the issue clearly. He pointed out a couple of errors when the dishwasher was first installed and was able to correct them to prevent the issue from occurring again. We highly recommend 98 Refrigeration and would not hesitate to call them again.
Needed to repair or replace a 20-yr old disposal so I reached out to 98 Refrigerator Appliance Repair to see if they could help me. They're upfront advise was, repair maybe, replace no problem - ie an old disposal isn't worth repairing compared to replacing with a new unit. We were able to replace the unit in one day with an upgraded make/model for a reasonable price including installation. Quick and easy.
