If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner told us he could resize my ring easily but it would take a week since he was remodeling his store. He filled out the ticket, gave it to my fiancé, and wrote on the envelope “ready by 11/8”. We get there and he “can’t find it”, his wife pulled open a random draw and pulled out my box, opened it and it obviously was not done. His excuse? “I forgot about it” then proceeded to make excuses about the other jobs he does and says he can have it done in couple of hours. I needed my ring resized and I'm so happy I came to this store. Not only did they resize both my engagement and wedding rings but they polished and cleaned them within three days. My 12 year old rings look beautiful, like new. They also have beautiful jewelry in store. I'll be back.
