If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner told us he could resize my ring easily but it would take a week since he was remodeling his store. He filled out the ticket, gave it to my fiancé, and wrote on the envelope “ready by 11/8”. We get there and he “can’t find it”, his wife pulled open a random draw and pulled out my box, opened it and it obviously was not done. His excuse? “I forgot about it” then proceeded to make excuses about the other jobs he does and says he can have it done in couple of hours. But then can’t even find the envelope with the ticket info it. DO NOT bring your jewelry here if you expect anything to be done or even run the risk of ever getting it back.

I asked for a channel set for the side stones and floral gallery rail. He said it will come out exactly like the pictures I showed him. Fast forward 4 weeks and he calls me to say that it’s done and I should come in to get the main stone set BUT he did not do a channel set. He said he couldn’t do it because it’s not secure for the stones (channel set is one of the most secure settings for side stones). Even more so, when I saw the ring the gallery rail was horrendous; it was messy, sloppy, and unequal. When I asked for a refund he kept $795 out of $2500 for labor costs which is absurd because it looked like a rushed product made by a novice.
