Highly recommend Zach for his wheel building. I sent him my hubs (White) and he rebuilt a set of road wheels. Great communication and more importantly the wheels are super. Been riding them for the past few months and they have held up great.
I highly recommend Zack for any of your bike maintenance and repair needs. I've been taking my triathlon and road bikes to him for four years, and he consistently does excellent work. Zack always gets my triathlon bike race-ready, handles tune-ups for my road bike, reseals my tubeless tires, and addresses any other issues that come up. He provides an estimate before starting any repairs beyond a standard tune-up. His work is both fast and thorough, which I truly appreciate.
I had my Fox Float X EVOL rebuilt by Zack. He was fast and super accommodating for drop-off and pick-up. More importantly he does great work. Zack evaluated the function before working on it and correctly identified the trouble. He did a full rebuild and I know because he included all the replaced parts in a baggie! The shock was returned with the exact setup (pressure and settings) as when I dropped it off and it WORKS GREAT! I am glad I found Zack...my obvious "go to" for stuff I cannot do on my own.
Zack isn't a bike mechanic, he's a bike god. During a bike tour up the east coast he saved my ride by fixing a ton of mechanical issues I hadn't noticed/grew accustomed to. He even diagnosed some bad shifting habits by analyzing my chain. Best bike mechanic I've ever worked with. Plan on buying a custom tyre from him.
